For most football fans, We all know about the drama that took place in Green Bay over the course of the offseason between Aaron Rodgers, the Quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, and the front office of the organization. Sports analysts were ranting and predicting destinations for his next team based off his fiancé and other irrelevant reasons. Not to mention his passion to become the next Jeopardy Host, following the late Alex Trebek.

Rodgers was god awful against the Saints last week; posting a stat line of 133 yards, 2 INTs and a passer rating of 36.8. The Saints went on to win 38–3 with Rodgers being pulled late in the 2nd half. Rodgers is missing his All-Pro Left Tackle, David Bakhtiari, for 6 weeks as he recovers from an injury along with many questions on his offensive line. The blowout loss can`t be entirely pinned on Rodgers, as the defense allowed 5 Passing Touchdowns to a Quarterback who hasn`t played in a season and allowed 171 yards on the ground.

Now was this enough for Rodgers to call it quits? I could be overreacting to these rumors but last week was hard to watch the 2020 NFL MVP. Green Bay did very little to help Rodgers this offseason, only acquiring a washed Randall Cobb from the Texans.

I only see Rodgers doing two things tonight…

Rodgers will throw for over 300 yards minimum, along with 4 TDs and remind the league that he is one of the best ever to play the sport of football,

Or…

Rodgers struggles again (or purposely) while losing to a shitty Lions team and wants out. There is simply no in-between.
